Dave Wondrich Style Egg Nog

This recipe is a variation of a Dave Wondrich Egg Nogg recipe.


  • 2 Teaspoons White Sugar
  • Splash of warm water
  • 1 Whole Medium Egg
  • 2 oz Brandy or Cognac
  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 3 oz Milk


  1. Put sugar into a shaker and dissolve with splash of warm water.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add ice and shake extremely hard to incorporate the egg.
  4. Double Strain into a glass.
  5. Garnish with grated Nutmeg or Cinnamon.


Zombie Cocktail


  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz 151 Overproof Rum (optional)
  • 1 oz Orange Curacao
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine

Shake all ingredients except Overproof Rum in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass of ice. If desired, float Overproof Rum on top.

Planters Punch Recipe


  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • Sour Mix
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Club Soda (optional)

Pour rum and grenadine into a mixed glass and fill the rest of the way with equal parts sour mix and pinepple juice. Shake and strain into a highball glass of ice. You may top with club soda if desired. You may also substitute orange juice in place of pineapple juice.
