Clover Club Cocktail


  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White


  1. Put egg white into a mixing glass. Be sure to keep the shell out.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients.
  3. Dry shake cocktail (Shake without ice)
  4. Add ice and shake very well for about 30 seconds.
  5. Double Strain into a Coupe Glass.
  6. Garnish with berries or lemon peel.
