1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Dash of Egg White
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well to mix the egg white nicely.
Strain over new ice in a short glass.

This version of a whiskey sour is compliant with the IBA standards of how to make a Whisky sour. You don’t have to use Crown Royal, but it’s just what we used making the video.
The Gin & Sin is a recipe I’m trying out today. It’s a martini that contains Gin and a variety of citrus juices. Turns out this drink is great when used with cheap Gin so it’s not something that you need to run out and buy a bottle of Beefeater for.
Pour everything into a shaker and give it a quick shake.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
1 1/2 oz Vodka
4 oz Raspberry Lemonade
Pour Vodka into a Rocks glass with ice.
Add the Raspberry Lemonade and top with a splash of Lemon Juice.
