Ingredients:

• 1/2 Lemon (Cut into wedges)
• 6-10 Mint Leaves
• 2 oz Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (2:1 Ratio)

Directions:

1. Muddle 1/2 Lemon in a mixing glass.
2. Add the rest of ingredients.
3. Shake very well with ice.
4. Double Strain into a Rocks glass with ice.
5. Garnish with Mint Sprig.
